Holiday's are Thuper Duper!

Why hello! It's been a while since I've updated the blog. Lots of changes and fun things have happened! I finished my third semester of college and passed some tough classes, I bought a purse, decided to wait for my best friend who is on a mission right now, Christmas, and New Years!

This winter season, I have acquired a love for hot chocolate from Starbucks. It got to the point I was having it at least 3 times a week. Soon people caught on and I got 2 gift cards for Christmas and my Birthday, so I'm good for a while! Also, my sister Maggie is a mini-me... both in the fact that we look alike, and that she has an addiction to Starbucks hot chocolate too ;)

Next: I bought a purse! I'm not a purse person. They kinda make me feel too girlie. I do like bags though. I collect them. Totes mostly, but also funky bags. I was at Target and this purse caught my eye. It was a flat purse with fun zippers in the front. I was hesitant to buy it! But it was funky! And red! So I bought it. It was a good choice. I still don't like purses. Just this one.

This Christmas was such a splendid one! I spent it with my family.

Christmas Eve:

We decorated cookies for Santa...

We had a yummy roast beast, potatoes, rolls, and other great food!

Millie doesn't like Starbucks... it's the bubbly she likes ;)

We also opened up pajamas...

And watched Christmas Vacation :)

Santa came and ate all the cookies and took the apples for his reindeer to eat. He also left some presents under the tree! I got an external hard drive (1500 GB) and Kent got a sweet new video game. We also got the movie Despicable Me. This is us looking like the minions. 

It was a really great day. Sometime that also made it great was being able to skype my boy! He's serving in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has been out 6 months. I'll have to write a separate blog post about him :)
